Rossana Llenado

Rossana Llenado is one of the most awarded leaders in the Philippines. At 26, she founded AHEAD, the country’s pioneer in UP, Ateneo and De La Salle college entrance exam review centers. The company continues to grow through distinct service brands: AHEAD Tutorial & Review Center, AHEAD Books & Things, AHEAD Professional Network, JunioR Tutorial and Singapore Math Enrichment Center and AHEAD Online which brings AHEAD’s tutorial services to the rest of the world via a live video conferencing.

For 25 years now, she has been empowering students to perform better in school, gain admission into the world’s most prestigious universities, and eventually pursue rewarding careers. She has been involved in the training and development of school principals and teachers around the Philippines, sponsoring free seminars and workshops.

Her deep concern for education dates back to her college days in the University of the Philippines Los Banos, where she was a full scholar, working student, and active campus leader where she was cited as a distinguished alumna. She has also pursued masteral degrees from Ateneo de Manila University and Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Ms. Llenado has received more than 33 awards for entrepreneurship, marketing, and educational leadership. She was cited by her high school UP Rural High School as one of their outstanding alumna. She was also recognized as one of the Most Amazing Filipinas, Most Admired Entrepreneur, Most Inspiring Filipina, Influential Woman Entrepreneur, last year in June 2018, as a Philippine Outstanding Woman Leader and just this August 2019 as one of Asia’s Women Leaders in Singapore.

She gets to be speaker in local and international conferences, featured in TV, radio and print. She has also contributed to more than 20 organizations in her student and professional life, frequently as a top officer. She tirelessly advocates the importance of education in nation-building, frequently speaking in national and international conferences about entrepreneurship, leadership, mentoring, women empowerment, and youth development.
